Is it okay to take my infant to a funeral?

We advise that infants do not attend funerals, if you can arrange for child care. Your main concern would be any noise the infant makes that would disrupt the service. If you cannot find child care, then it is okay to take infant. Just make sure you sit near the back or near an exit so that you can leave quickly if the baby starts crying during the funeral service.
